Jenna – Director
An opportunity came around for Jenna to set up Key Lettings in October 2022 while on maternity leave from her call center job and has never looked back since! Jenna is constantly looking at new ways for Key lettings to expand and provide excellent service for both landlords and tenants. Joanne and Dawn have helped her navigate within the Lettings industry so now her next move is to step into the Sales industry. She has big plans for Key Lettings!
Dawn – Maintenance Manager
Dawn has been working in the letting industry for 15 plus years and knows Goldthorpe and surrounding areas like the back of her hand! Dawn’s role is to deal with the tenants and our tradesmen at lock maintenance to ensure any work needing to be done gets done asap. She’s a ball of energy will bend over backwards to make sure all our homes are safe.
Joanne – Accounts Manager
Joanne has also been in the lettings industry for 15 plus years and has worked rent accounts for landlords ever since! Joanne is our superstar at helping individuals with their housing benefit claims and works with the corresponding councils to make sure their payments are granted. Working closely with every landlord and always keeping them up to date with their rents and any work that needs to be done, She’s that good she can do it in her sleep!
